I like the bite of chilled sweat on the back of my neck.Either my hearing has improved greatly... or everyone/thing is getting louder. I'm pretty sure it isn't the latter.
I'd rather be the little old lady at the age of 70 who can still jog a mile without getting out of breath than the 22 year old with the fastest time. To be shameless and yet not without goals :)
